Medical Alarm Concepts Inks Deal With American Logistics to Increase Distribution of the MediPendant Personal Medical Alarm

Jul. 26, 2010 (GlobeNewswire) -- PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., July 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:MDHI), manufacturer of the MediPendant™, the first fully-monitored medical alarm system that allows you to speak and listen directly through the pendant, announced today its partnership with American Logistics for expanded distribution and fulfillment of its products.

By outsourcing these services, Medical Alarm Concepts will not only increase its distribution capability, but make it easier for its existing distributor base to access the MediPendant.

Medical Alarm Concepts™ Announces Roll-Out of the MediPendant™ at Albertsons

Jul. 13, 2010 (PR Newswire) -- PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDHI), manufacturer of the MediPendant™, the first fully-monitored medical alarm system that allows you to speak and listen directly through the pendant, announced today that the Company has commenced roll-out of its MediPendant™ at Albertsons grocery stores.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement signed in March of this year, the Company's MediPendant™ alarm device will be offered by Albertsons in various locations throughout its grocery chain stores, including, but not limited to, the pharmacy section.  The particular offering of the Company's MediPendant™ program to customers of Albertsons, will also include one free month of monitoring services, and an associated "lock box" device that enables the EMT-certified operator to provide the access code to the ambulance personnel prior to arriving at the home.  A lock box enables the ambulance personnel to avoid having to break into the home or waste valuable time finding a source of entry.

(OTC Bulletin Board: MDHI), manufacturer of the MediPendant™, the only fully-monitored medical alarm system that allows you to speak and listen directly through the pendant, announced today that it has reached an agreement with its debt holders, whereby the debt holders will convert all of their debt into equity.  In addition, certain debt holders, together with other investors, will invest additional capital in the form of equity into the Company.
