NEW AUDIO INTERVIEW AT SMALLCAPVOICE.COM - YESDTC HOLDINGS, INC. DIRECTOR JON SCHULBERG DISCUSSES COMPANY’S MEDIA CAMPAIGN SUCCESS

Specifically, YesDTC Holdings, Inc. is now the exclusive direct response television (DRTV) marketer for Simply Music™ in a campaign that launched on May 22nd in 15 markets. Simply Music™ is the revolutionary Australian-developed music learning program that is able to teach users to play the piano keyboard in record time. Early test for the marketing campaign results are very positive, with high call volumes and conversion rates, including up-sell buying by many customers. Based on this early success, the Company is already planning to proceed into additional markets across the country. In the interview, Schulberg commented that these preliminary market results for Simply Music™ indicate “this could become a multi-million business.”

Regarding the arrangement with BioElectronics Corp., YesDTC holds full television, direct-to-consumer and retail distribution rights to all BIEL products for consumers in Japan, which represents a significant opportunity for the Company with growing market momentum. YesDTC plans to initially launch distribution through direct response television advertising and is currently working with its partners to formulate plans for retail launch.

Finally, YesDTC has acquired the rights to be the primary U.S. representatives to market via DRTV the innovative, patented MediPendant™ medical alarm device from Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. YesDTC will begin production on the custom designed marketing campaign immediately, with test marketing and rollout of the DRTV campaign expected to begin in about 60 days for an anticipated late summer launch, with aggressive marketing scheduled for Q4 of 2010 and into 2011. Medical Alarm Concepts™ offers a unique, patented, medical emergency alarm system that is different from all other personal emergency response (PERS) systems, allowing for direct voice three-way calling at an extended range of up to 600+ feet from the base station.

In addition to these offerings, YesDTC Holdings is planning for several more product launches throughout the remainder of 2010 and beyond.
