MAC’s management team has over 20 years combined experience in the PERS industry. Our patents are some of the oldest and strongest in the business. We have positioned ourselves as true innovators and pioneers of medical alarm technology. Our sound reputation dates back to the inception of the PERS industry, where our chief engineer advisor, Nevin Jenkins, was responsible for developing the technology that went on to coin the famous, "HELP I'VE FALLEN" tagline.

Seeing a need for improving the current design, our in-house engineering staff, along with our sales and marketing team, created a two-way voice speakerphone pendant. Our two-way voice device allows the end user to speak directly and communicate with emergency services or a loved one through the pendant enabling them to move anywhere in and around their home. With our premier products, MAC offers a superior solution to the current PERS issues and gives its end users more freedom and mobility than ever before.

Howard Teicher
Chief Executive Officer

Howard Teicher serves as our Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the founder of Medical Alarm Concepts Holdings, Inc. Mr. Teicher has been in the life safety industry for over 10 years and in the direct sales and marketing business for over 20 years. He owned and grew one of the largest home health air purification businesses in the United States. He is the recipient of top sales dealer of the year awards from such companies as Honeywell and General Electric.

Ronnie Adams
President

Ronnie Adams serves as our President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director. He has also served as President and Chief Financial Officer of a NASDAQ company that he started from inception and grew to over $60 million. Mr. Adams was the recipient of the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1996, sponsored by Dow Jones, NASDAQ, and Ernst & Young.

Paul Green
Vice President of Sales

Paul Green serves as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has an unparalleled track record in launching new companies and products. He was the co-founder and VP of Blue Chip Marketing, which was responsible for the creation of a brand new category in pharmaceutical retail sales. Upon his entry into the medical alert device market, Mr. Green generated sales totaling over 5 million dollars. In addition, he was instrumental in creating new channel opportunities in alternative markets. He currently manages a sales force of over 100 individuals across the country.

Jennifer Loria
Vice President of Corporate Development

Jennifer Loria serves as our Vice President of Corporate Development. Ms. Loria has a strong background in strategic marketing, brand development, and industry trends. She has over 14 years experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans and programs for both consumer products and service deliverables. Prior to joining Medical Alarm Concepts, Ms. Loria served as Senior Marketing Manager for Buck Consultants, an ACS Company, where she successfully developed and launched a new Buck brand across multiple channels and lines of business.

Allen Polsky
Vice President of Strategic Alliances

Allen Polsky serves as our Vice President of Strategic Alliances. Prior to joining MAC, Mr. Polsky served as a Senior Security consultant for JM resources, a structured wiring company. He is also a co-founder of Connective Home, one of the nation’s top 30 home integration companies. In 2007, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of AIN, one of the largest buying co-ops in the United States. He brings with him over 30 years experience in the security and life safety industry.

Steve Beeferman
Director of Home and Healthcare Services

Steven Beeferman services as our Director of Home and Healthcare Services. He has had an extensive history of marketing and sales management of hi tech product lines in major companies such as Philips, Harris Corporation and ADT Security Systems well as well as startup companies. Prior to joining Medical Alarm Concepts, Mr Beeferman was VP & General Manager of Dataradio Corporation. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Nick Cannone
Director of Operations

Nick Cannone is the Director of Operations. He was recently named by SDM magazine as one of the Youngest Up-and-coming Executives in the alarm industry. He has been cited numerous times on a national level for his vast networking capabilities and product knowledge. Prior to joining Medical Alarm Concepts, Mr. Cannone spent several years developing processes and procedures for product and program development and implementation.

Nevin Jenkins
Chief Technology Consultant

Nevin Jenkins is the company’s Chief Technology consultant. While not an employee, he has made a long-term commitment to the success of MAC. Mr. Jenkins is the original inventor of the technology that went on to coin the famous, "HELP I"VE FALLEN" tagline.. In 2005, he won Best Invention of the Year at the Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas with his revolutionary new medical alert system, beating out industry giants such as Sony, Hitachi, and Panasonic. He is a pioneer of medical alarms, and today owns and operates 3 businesses and holds over 20 United States patents.

Dee Eyink
Office Manager

Dee Eyink serves as the office manager. Ms. Eyink oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, including human resource and accounting functions. Prior to joining MAC, she worked for Ciba Chemicals and Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks, where she managed the operations of the information systems department. She holds a degree in computer information systems and is Microsoft systems certified.
